Mine Made Paradise Adventure Park

Head a couple of hours south to Knott County, and you’ll be treated to some of the most interesting off-road trails in Kentucky at Mine Made Paradise Adventure Park. Located on 43,000 acres of reclaimed coal land, this park features plenty of water crossings, miles and miles of trails, and both easy and technical paths for drivers of all levels. Bring your camping gear, or tow your camper with your Jeep Wrangler and take advantage of all the outdoor splendor the park has to offer with trails for every skill level!

Turkey Bay OHV Area

With over 100 miles of trails carved out for off-road vehicles and drivers of all levels including an area for kids under 16, Turkey Bay OHV Area has been called one of the most beautiful off-road trails in Kentucky and the country by all-terrain riders the world over. Located in Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, with access to over 170,000 acres of undeveloped land and 300 miles of undeveloped shoreline, reaching true wilderness equates to less than a 4-hour drive from Lexington. This off-road park in Kentucky is near Murray, making it a perfect off-roading vacation spot for the whole family despite special events being cancelled through the end of 2020.

Rush Off-Road

Off-road enthusiasts flock to this place less than two hours east of Lexington. After all, “off-road” is in its name! A privately-owned, 7,000-acre tract of land is home to Rush Off-Road trails, where families and experts alike go to train and test their skill traversing hills, climbing rocks, and watching the pros in events like UTV Racing’s R2R4 Survival Series. Lodging is even available on-site if you find yourself with a foot on the gas at sunset. They’re also enforcing social distancing in all public areas and have added plenty of hand-washing stations throughout the park.

Wildcat Adventures Off-Road Park

This new off-road park in Kentucky is where you want to be if you’re the kind of driver who’d live behind the wheel full-time given the chancel. Wildcat Adventures Off-Road Park allows 24/7 riding, and camping is plentiful. With a general store and food trailer sitting at the foot of its many miles of trails, stopping for a quick bite before heading back up the hill isn’t a problem.
