Meet our CDJR Paris January employee spotlight: Josh Miniard! Josh is a “country boy” from Berea. He is very hard-working and generates most of his leads, turning them into loyal customers. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help, even on his days off. He works extremely hard for his customers and helps them get the best deal possible. Josh’s favorite part of his job is making people happy and watching them drive off in their perfect vehicle. His dream vehicle is a 2500 Diesel with a leveling kit, 33’s, and an exhaust. In his free time, Josh rides four-wheelers and takes care of his goats, horses, and other animals. We truly appreciate all you do, Josh! Thank you for all your hard work.

Meet our Dan Cummins CDJR Paris February Employee Spotlight: Crystal Sicard! Crystal is new to Dan Cummins. She moved to Kentucky from Wisconsin a little over 3 years ago to work with Spectrum News, but recently wanted a career shift so came to work with us. She is coming in hot – she led our new employees in sales last month! Crystal’s favorite parts of her job are meeting new people, continuing to learn about all the different vehicles, and finding the perfect fit for her customers. In her free time, she loves spending time with her dog, Thor, and trying out local coffee shops. Thank you for all you do, Crystal! We appreciate you and everything you do!

Meet our CDJR Paris Employee Spotlight for this month: Bryson Taylor! Bryson recently graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, and has made a successful transition to the automotive industry. He is very attentive to his customers and helps to get them the best deal possible while showcasing his vast love and knowledge about vehicles. His favorite part about his job is meeting all of his customers. He is usually the first person in the door and the last out. He’s known around the dealership for helping his coworkers in any way he can. Bryson’s dream vehicle is a 1970 Chevy Chevelle Super Sport. He spends his free time learning new songs on his guitar.
