Meet our Dan Cummins CDJR Paris February Employee Spotlight: Crystal Sicard! Crystal is new to Dan Cummins. She moved to Kentucky from Wisconsin a little over 3 years ago to work with Spectrum News, but recently wanted a career shift so came to work with us. She is coming in hot – she led our new employees in sales last month! Crystal’s favorite parts of her job are meeting new people, continuing to learn about all the different vehicles, and finding the perfect fit for her customers. In her free time, she loves spending time with her dog, Thor, and trying out local coffee shops. Thank you for all you do, Crystal! We appreciate you and everything you do!

Meet our CDJR Paris January employee spotlight: Josh Miniard! Josh is a “country boy” from Berea. He is very hard-working and generates most of his leads, turning them into loyal customers. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help, even on his days off. He works extremely hard for his customers and helps them get the best deal possible. Josh’s favorite part of his job is making people happy and watching them drive off in their perfect vehicle. His dream vehicle is a 2500 Diesel with a leveling kit, 33’s, and an exhaust. In his free time, Josh rides four-wheelers and takes care of his goats, horses, and other animals. We truly appreciate all you do, Josh! Thank you for all your hard work.

Meet our CDJR Paris Employee Spotlight for this month: Bryson Taylor! Bryson recently graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, and has made a successful transition to the automotive industry. He is very attentive to his customers and helps to get them the best deal possible while showcasing his vast love and knowledge about vehicles. His favorite part about his job is meeting all of his customers. He is usually the first person in the door and the last out. He’s known around the dealership for helping his coworkers in any way he can. Bryson’s dream vehicle is a 1970 Chevy Chevelle Super Sport. He spends his free time learning new songs on his guitar. Meet our Employee Spotlight for Dan Cummins CDJR of Paris for the month: Jacob Burgess! Jacob is new to the car business, but he came in ready to work hard and serve his customers. He is known for having a positive, uplifting attitude on and off the sales floor and is always willing to help when needed and lend a hand to whoever asks. Jacob’s favorite part of his job is meeting new customers and getting to know them. He loves being able to help them find a vehicle that is perfect for their needs. His dream vehicle is a black Audi R8. He spends his time outside of work outdoors, hunting, spending time with his wife, and getting things ready for their baby that is on the way! Meet our Employee Spotlight for Dan Cummins CDJR of Paris this month – Jeff Royce! Jeff has been a sales and leasing consultant at Dan Cummins for more than a year. He has a positive attitude on and off the sales floor. He’s always willing to help and knows how to make you laugh, even on your bad days. Jeff was a foreman before he started selling cars. It was a vast lifestyle change for him, but he is thankful for all the opportunities he has received as part of the Dan Cummins family. His favorite part of the job is meeting new customers and helping them to find the perfect vehicle for their needs. In his free time, Jeff loves going off-roading in his Jeep and trying new restaurants. Thank you so much for your hard work, Jeff! We truly appreciate you.

Meet the employee spotlight for the month, Joseph Johnson! Joseph is new to the automotive industry, but he is killing it, with 27 cars sold in his first month. He is a joy to be around, and is always smooth, calm, and collected. He has 15 years of prior work experience at FedEx, and he is amazing with customers. Outside of work, he loves cooking, fishing, and creating music. His dream vehicle is the 2017 Toyota Camry he owns now. It’s his first reliable car, and he loves it! His favorite part of his job is meeting new people and helping them find a car that is perfect for them. Thank you so much for your hard work, Joseph.
